1. The terms and conditions are for the research services provided. The RA cannot execute or carry out any trade on behalf of the client.
2. The fee charged will be subject to the maximum amount prescribed by SEBI/RAASB from time to time.
3. The current fee limit is Rs 1,51,000/- per annum per family of client for all research services.
4. The fee limit does not include statutory charges and does not apply to non-individual clients/accredited investors.
5. The RA may charge fees in advance not exceeding one year. In case of pre-mature termination, the client is entitled to proportionate refund only for the unexpired period.
6. Fees may be paid via cheque, online bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payment is not allowed.
7. Any assured/guaranteed/fixed returns schemes are prohibited by law.
8. The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments.
9. Any investment based on recommendations is subject to market risks. There is no recourse to claim losses.
10. The RA shall never ask for client's login credentials or OTPs for Trading, Demat, or Bank accounts.
